ADAM's unique engagement rings are designed with inspiration from the couple's story. We deliver one-of-a-kind, bespoke jewelry that gives form to the feelings you have for your loved one.

We design wedding rings from sketches inspired by the couple's story. The result is a ring that is unique to the couple, unlike any other ring.

Semi custom-made

This is a wedding ring that can be custom-made to your image in hundreds of combinations by selecting the shape, material, width, surface finish, and loose setting of the ring.

Price

Even fully custom-made special rings are available at affordable price points to fit your budget.

The price is calculated from "difficulty of processing" + "amount of precious metal used" + "additional options, etc." + "price of diamond (in the case of engagement rings)."

Please note that sizes larger than size 21 will incur an additional charge (approximately 10-20% of the price).

All design drawings and estimates are free of charge.

If you do not place an order after reviewing our products, there is no cost to you.

Payment is due at the time of delivery.

A deposit of 10,000 yen or more is required at the time of ordering after the design is finalized, and full payment is required at the time of delivery after the product is completed.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. For distant orders, we accept bank transfer and cash on delivery.

About the custom-made procedure

Book & Visit

First of all, please feel free to visit our store or contact us for more information. We recommend that you make an online reservation on our website or call us at 03-3418-7008 to make an appointment so that you can take your time and consider your options. Click here for online reservation
Step 1

Consultation

When you visit our store, we will listen to your wishes and thoughts. We will discuss the design image with you, making proposals that only a specialty store can make and discussing your budget with you.
Step 2

Design

Once the image of the design is determined in the consultation, we will take about 10 days to create a design drawing and provide you with a quotation, We will then provide you with an estimate. We will create a design drawing and estimate free of charge.
Step 3

Jewelry Making

Once the design is finalized, it will take about 1-2 months to complete, After the design is decided, it will be handmade by our craftsmen in about 1 to 2 months. All the processes are done consistently in our atelier, If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Step 4

Delivery

It takes about 2 months from the first visit to complete the process. After the customer visits the store for a fitting, the jewelry is placed in an original jewelry case and delivered to the customer.
Step 5

After-sales service

We will be responsible for the maintenance (repair and resurfacing) of the jewelry after it is handed over to the customer for many years. In addition to diamonds, we have a large selection of loose gemstones and semi-precious stones in our stores.
We can also find stones that are not available in the store, and can accommodate various requests for size, cut, and color.

Hidden gemstones

A colored stone or birthstone of your choice can be placed on the front or inside of the ring. A popular choice is to place a blue stone on the inside of the wedding band in honor of "Something Blue," one of the "Something Four" rings, wishing for a happy marriage.
Secret stones may not be included depending on the design of the ring.

Surface Finish

Various surface finishes can be applied to the ring surface. It is also possible to add partial accents.

Machine engraving (free of charge)

The retro Gothic font is a distinctive feature. Engagement rings can be customized with up to 8 characters, and wedding rings can be customized with up to 15 characters.

Laser engraving (¥5,500/piece)

You can choose from several types of fonts, such as writing or Japanese fonts. Depending on the size of the ring, we may only be able to provide laser printing.

After-sales service

The ADAM engraving on the inside of the ring is proof of the jewelry's lifetime commitment to after-sales service.

We have established a flexible support system that includes free scratch removal and cleaning for many years, as well as resizing, repair, and fabrication.

If you wish to have after-sales service, please bring the jewelry only as it is.

With the exception of some designs that are difficult to resize, we offer free first-time alterations within ±3 sizes.

  • If a large resizing, secret stone, or laser engraving is included, a separate fee will be charged.

    • Secret 6,600 yen
  • There is a charge for resizing if the finger to be worn is changed.
  • Please note that if our craftsmen determine that the jewelry cannot maintain its strength, such as a major size change, it may not be repaired but replaced with a new piece (for a fee).

Re-stoning

If there is any shaking of the stone, we will re-fix it free of charge.

If a melee diamond is lost within one year of purchase, the loss is free of charge; thereafter, only the cost of the stone will be charged.

We offer a service that restores scratches from daily life to the same shine as when you received it.

Since the surface is slightly scraped, repeated application will be a burden on the ring. Depending on the condition of the scratches, there may be a charge for this service.

Oil and dust can dull the luster. If you bring your product to our store, we will clean it in about 10 minutes and give it to you immediately.
