The itinerary of my trip to South America was so long that my memory is getting a bit jumbled, so I will try to organize it a bit more and write the final itinerary.
This is Yokoi, an Adan staff member.
The grapes have put on bunches again this year.
The grapes are yellow-green, Muscat-like grapes, but their color gradually changes to become the grapes of the Kyoho grape.
Last year we tried to harvest these grapes to make our own wine and failed miserably.
It was so sour and tart that it made my mouth curl more than balsamic vinegar, so I poured it all down the drain and
I was very pleased with the results.
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of liquid grapes will be produced this year, but since it all depends on my husband's skill, I can't comment on the quality of the grapes.
I will wait and hope that they will do their best to make grape wine.
