I wrote in my blog in the summer that we had a row of grapes at our house, but I left them as they were because I didn't know when to harvest them.
As the color started to appear, I felt like I wanted to do something about it.
There, my husband and I went grape picking, not grape picking.
I took pictures of the grapes I collected.
This is Adan staff member Yokoi, who will talk about our family's grape wine making from here.
My husband asked me for information and bought a book on how to make wine, and it took us about 2~3 days to prepare the grapes.
Clean the grapes so that they are not damaged, place them in a jar with a large mouth (large enough to fit your hand in), and crush the skins.
When it becomes crushed, it becomes bubbly and naturally fermented.
So, cover the mouth of the jar with kitchen paper. Here, leave it for about 1,5 days and add white sugar again.
The grams of sugar were written in the book, but I just added it by eye.
So far, all of this is my husband's work.
Even after the addition of this sugar, it is still fermenting beautifully.
I just see if it is done.
It takes about 5 to 1 week to be completely ready.
The wine is then strained through a cloth to make the wine, but the photo does not yet show the wine being made.
If it's good, I'll sing three cheers for you, but if it's not, I won't blog about it next time.
Maa, don't think you can make it taste good if you think your husband made it: *****
It was an autumn event in our family.
