This is Kubota from Adan Staff.
Suddenly it's like mid-summer...!
Today, we would like to share with you some refreshing photos that will blow away the sweltering heat.
I visited Scotland on a trip last year, and it was a wonderful country that was just like the world of movies that never cease to excite me.
First, here is the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
Just after the rain, there was a rainbow! It's a nice view.
Now, this view, which looks familiar, is actually the model for Harry Potter's Hogwarts Express.
It is a very quaint viaduct, but it is still active and trains regularly pass over it.
What a surprise, several locomotives also pass by a day...!
And there was a small island that I really wanted to visit since I was in Scotland.
Its name is "Isle of Skye."
It means "winged island."
The name sounds fantastical, but once ashore, it is just like in the movies.
Quiraing
The view is as spectacular as CG...or so I thought until I visited this place that this kind of scenery was CG.
It looks like a Hobbit lives in the valley somewhere.
The view was so magnificent that I could have spent all day admiring it.
There are paths that can be hiked, but they are often slippery and muddy after rain,
We recommend that you be well armed for the outdoors!
This one is called "Fairy Glen" = "Valley where fairies live".
If there is a fairy valley, there is also a fairy playground on this island.
Here it is, the Fairy Pool.
You can reach it by walking slowly through the plains between mountain valleys.
There are many clear pools of water, probably from melting snow, that form a series of stair-like puddles.
It was a cloudy day, but still very beautiful.
The pools themselves were many small ones, and certainly a good spot to be called a fairy pool.
There are so many other attractions that it would be a waste of a day trip.
It was a wonderful island that I would like to spend a week just on this island.
bonus
There are many nice castles in Scotland, so I took a quick shot with my favorite ring.
I'm out of focus (crying).
This ring has a carved design on the side, corollaand the atmosphere of the castle was supposed to be perfect,
I vowed to improve my photography skills before my next visit...!
