Hello, I am Nakai, an Adan staff member.
Australia Travel JournalThis time, we are going to talk about the Sunday Market.
Sydney Sunday Market - Eveleigh Market
In Sydney, there are markets everywhere on weekends.
One of them."Eveleigh Market".I came to the
Speaking of markets, the best time to visit is first thing in the morning.
It was a beautiful sunny day and I woke up feeling refreshed. I visited Sydney in winter, so despite the pictures, it was a bit chilly.
The old warehouse was renovated to become a stylish market venue.
The railroad tracks remain as they were in those days.
This is what it looks like from above.
The walls have a nice retro look, with a sense of history.
First thing in the morning, freshly picked flowers, organic vegetables, mushrooms, meat...
All the owners have come from the suburbs with their particular ingredients.
Here are some of my favorites among them.
A dairy store with an impressive profile of an uncle.
Milk and yogurt were also sold, but I recommend the butter on display.
Located at the foot of the Opera House, this delicious butter is made with the same ingredients used in famous restaurants.
The small ones are $1.00 and the large ones are $10.00 (?). It is worth buying.
The drawback is that it requires refrigeration, so you can't take it home as a souvenir.
Also, coffee in the morning.
So, "flat white" in the Australian way.
The most popular espresso drink in the southern hemisphere, Australia and New Zealand.
It is like a cappuccino or latte, but with different milk steam.
Then there's the morning Angus beef organic burger, not the morning mac.
It was great to eat under the blue sky.
If you have a chance, I urge you to visit,
It was such a wonderful market.
Oh yeah, speaking of uncle's...
I found a South Sea pearl shaped like an uncle's face,
Nakai personally produces brooches.
What an extravagant uncle with a K18 hat and black diamond eyes.
I will let you know when it is ready~.
