This is Kubota from Adan Staff.
Although the sunshine is gradually becoming more like spring, there are still cold days ahead~.
For some reason, I feel like there are many people around me whose wedding anniversary is in the winter, and I am one of them.
But I don't like the cold, so I spend my anniversaries taking refuge in warm places, such as going to hot springs or visiting tropical countries.
This year I was kind of busy both publicly and privately, so I decided to spend some time at home (^^).
Let's open some good wine that we have not had a chance to drink and have been just looking at every day! So, let's have a dish to go with it.
This is Barolo, the king of Italian wines.
This red wine is made from 1001 TP3T of Nebbiolo, a grape indigenous to the Piedmont region of northern Italy and used in fine wines.
The wine is full-bodied and robust, so it would be best paired with cheese or meat. So we decided on a plate of appetizers with a variety of our favorite dishes!
The next dish was beef tagliata.
The Nanbu Tekki grill recommended by Adan staff member Nakai sizzled the meat.
It got a nice browning! I am already satisfied!
But since I'm going to go through the trouble, I'm going to smoke it further.
If you have smoking chips and an earthenware pot, you can easily do this at home, so if you are interested, please give it a try!
In just a few minutes, the meat will taste dramatically better.
After dinner, I opened a bottle of dessert wine, which I had been hesitant to open, and was very satisfied with the dinner!
The dessert wine from Sicilian maker DONNAFUGATA was really easy to drink, with a muscat flavor and slightly tropical aroma, just like a juice.
Even those who do not like wine can drink this.
All of the wines from this manufacturer have cute labels, so they make great gifts.
White wine is especially delicious~!
I feel better now that I have eaten and drank good food, and I am looking forward to surviving the rest of the winter!
Yes, just now Adan is developing jewelry for your wedding anniversary (^^)
We are planning to unveil it in the spring, so please look forward to it!
