This is Kubota from Adan Staff.
I have been trying to read books on the move lately.
I would like to introduce a book I bought to read on the plane when I went to Italy on a very long flight the other day (^^).
The name is "IDEE PER LA PAUSA PRANZO" = "Lunch Break Ideas".
This is an Italian bento recipe book.
I had never really imagined an Italian bento, so I was curious and bought it...
Inside, of course, it is in Italian.
Sometimes there are words I don't understand, but most of the Italian words used in recipes are basically "ingredient names" and pretty simple ones like "mix" and "bake" and so on,
You don't have to take in the nuances as you would in a novel, so if you have studied it a bit, you can read it rather well.
This recipe is everyone's favorite caponata.
I am glad that each recipe has the name of the restaurant on it so it is the restaurant's recipe.
Incidentally, the book is categorized in terms of when to make the recipes, such as "recipes to make in the morning" and "recipes to make the day before.
For example, "If you make this marinade in the morning, the flavors will be well blended by lunchtime.
The recipes are also marked with seasonal icons, so it seems quite user-friendly to view them by situation, such as "I want to make it quickly in the morning" in "summer.
Since it's been getting real hot lately, I'd like to try the summer menu first... ♪
