Today we will introduce you to VINO E VIN, a hideaway bar located behind our atelier.
It is a small restaurant with a counter seating about five people and two seats for two.
The lunch menu offers a choice of panini, gratin and secondo planzo.
You can choose carrot potage or an appetizer as a set, but it was cold that day.
I chose the carrot potage and gratin.
The rich potage warmed me up very handsomely.
The appetizers were an assortment of four or five different kinds.
The bread was also savory and aromatic.
The gratin was wagyu beef stew and mashed potatoes.
The meat was very tender and melted away.
This is the secondo planzo, roasted Yamagata pork shoulder with braised lentils.
It warmed me up from the inside on a cold day.
