This is Kubota from Adan Staff.
Before you know it, half of the year is over!
It's just amazing how quickly it happened...
I will take the fact that time is passing so quickly as a sign that every day is full of life, and I hope that the other half of the year will be filled with many fruitful years!
Recently, I have been busily preparing for an overseas exhibition next month.
We will open a limited time store at Isetan Scotts in Singapore from July 11 to 17.
Here are some pictures from last December's visit ↓↓↓
We reproduced the Craftsman table and actually processed the text, etc.
Incidentally, all tools were brought from Japan.
Letter carvers, washers, and other equipment that might break were carried in hand luggage...a bit of a suspicious bunch, now that I think about it.
But the little ones were so cute and curious about the tools and craftsmen they were seeing for the first time.
Last time we held this event, the theme was gift jewelry since it was the Christmas season,
I got the impression that everyone was enjoying shopping at the jewelry store with ease, with families shopping together.
Sometimes even the guests who come to Adan are concerned about us,
Children are welcome in the Adan storefront as well, so please feel free to wander in (^^)
We are working day by day on ideas to convey the wonder of "Japanese craftsmanship" at this year's exhibition in Singapore.
It may be obvious to us, but the sides and backs of jewelry,
I think it is actually a very "Japanese" point to pay attention to areas that are not the main attraction.
For example, the part of the ring that touches the finger should be rounded to make it more comfortable to wear, and even the invisible back of the ring should be polished cleanly,
There are many subtly "chic" points, such as a playful little pattern on the side.
We hope this exhibition will help people feel the quality of such Japanese jewelry.
We also finished a cool little large format DM!
In case anyone is traveling to Singapore during the summer vacation, please come visit us (^^).
You will be greeted with a relieved smile from our English-soaked and heathy staff.
