This is the second part of my trip to South America. This is Yokoi.
My travel itinerary is gradually fading from my memory and I can't find the dates of the places I go unless I open my notes.
In the last issue, we talked about sightseeing at Iguazu Falls.
The next goal is to head to Pisco, where we will move on to a scenic tour of the Nazca and Humana plains.
We will fly from Iguazu (Argentine side) to Buenos Aires for about 2 hours and change to an international flight to Pisco, but we have to wait for 5 to 6 hours until 19:50 in the evening. I walked around Recoleta Cemetery, where the wife of the former Argentine president, known as Evita, is buried.
It is built like a house and even has a basement.
The Boca district, with its colorfully painted houses and houses built on top of each other like building blocks, is like a toy world, and it is said that this area was built by artists.
The cobblestone streets are an interesting place to visit, with people dancing in flashy costumes such as Argentine tango.
Finally, we boarded a plane at 19:50 and after another five-hour flight, we arrived at our hotel in Lima at around 23:00,
A～～～～～～ tired. Now that I think about it, I'm wondering how I've been flying all the time, as if I'm a human resource person.
We are now on day 6.
From Lima, we now traveled by bus to Pisco, 250 km away, for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Finally, we arrive in Pisco. We will visit the World Heritage Sites of Nazca and the Humana Plains by light aircraft.
The flight circles the ground picture on the right and left sides, so those who are prone to carsickness will go down beautifully.
When I visited six years ago, I was able to see the terrestrial painting a little more clearly, but heavy rains in a land where it does not rain much have covered the painting with soil and sand. It is a mystery why they painted such a large picture, but there are various theories that they may have made a request to the gods of heaven.
After seeing the terrestrial paintings, we will return to Lima, a 3-hour and 30-minute bus ride.
