The third day of the Italian exhibition.
Every morning, I communicate with Japan by e-mail and phone. Exactly around 11:00 a.m. is Adan's closing time of 7:00 a.m. I receive design drawings by e-mail, reply to quotations, and ask about the day's progress. In Italy, the Internet environment is still very poor, and wireless LAN is not very popular. It is a bit difficult to have a proper communication.
Today, I will be on venue duty at Trattoria from noon until the evening. For lunch, we will have spaghetti with broccoli at Accadi, the venue.
Simple taste but very mild and delicious!
Since I had already eaten and drank too much every day, my stomach was already in knots, so I refrained from seconds and held back on the dolce.
After lunch hours, the lights will be dimmed slightly and the gallery will be open for gallery hours until dinner hours in the evening. Instead of dining, visitors can enjoy the artwork at their leisure. Today, friends who live in Florence and other visitors are coming to visit us.
In the evening, we are invited to a friend's house for dinner and talk slowly and late until around midnight.
In Italy, it is customary to eat at least two plates (primo and secondo) at a meal, even if it is quite casual. Even when I casually invite my friends to eat at my place, I basically prepare two plates of delicious food. Thank you very much.
Secondo. Beef wrapped with prosciutto, lardo and leeks! Served with arugula.
Fio, the bigger boy. All the way backwards in surrealism.
I ended up drinking and eating again today...
