Hokkaido Travels] Petit Overseas Resort Experience @ Niseko

This is Kubota from Adan Staff.

The other day,We took our wedding anniversary holiday to Niseko in Hokkaido. The first time, the company was in a position to do so!

The best of Niseko from a client I met in Singapore!I had heard that I would like to visit there someday,We finally made it happen♪

I love Sapporo so much that I go there 1.2 times a year, but it is 2 bus rides away from there. It takes about one and a half hours to reach Niseko.

While there are many different areas in Niseko,Hirafu area where I got information that apparently there are plenty of food shops.I stayed at the

Cafes to restaurants and taverns around the intersection,Convenience stores and drugstores,There was a real variety of stores, from wagon vans to food stalls,From meals to daily necessities, we had no trouble at all.

This is a tavern that was located a short distance from the center of the city.

Everything from snacks to drinks was very tasty!

And as for the city itself, the overwhelming majority of people on the streets are Australian, making it feel like a petit overseas trip. (Prices are also resort prices, but...,)

And manholes are cute,

English menus are the default in cafes...!

It is also typical of Australia to have "Flat White" on the coffee menu.

Breakfast eaten slowly was bliss.

Now, I've talked about food as usual, but Niseko is all about powder snow.

I really wanted to experience it, so I went to the ski resort!

In the Hirafu area, there is a very large ski resort called Grand Hirafu.Yes.

The shuttle bus service provides easy access to the ski slopes. The room was very comfortable and easy to move around in.

As one would expect from Hokkaido, the course is very wide,It's too vast an area to be nearly as crowded,It was very easy to ski for beginners!

The powder snow was already fluffy and smooth,It was extremely light. It doesn't hurt when I fall down! I've heard thatWhat a beginner-friendly snow!

I didn't try it because I don't have the skills,I heard that Niseko has a relatively forgiving backcountry area. The following is a brief summary of the results of the study.

And the snowfall is very heavy, so there is always fresh snow.

This is the attraction that brings people from all over the world to Niseko for its powder snow!It is a force, he says.

It was a strange and fascinating city with its own established culture despite being in Japan.

It is not easy to go there, but I would like to visit again someday.
