This is Kubota from Adan Staff.
Last week I went to a POP-UP event at Takashimaya in Singapore!
It was a beautiful morning sunrise in Singapore that I saw after waking up early for a long time to get ready for the first day!
It was great to meet again with the Singaporean student who interned with us this summer.
All the food in Singapore is delicious and I am almost satisfied with every meal, but after returning to Japan, I still wanted to eat Japanese food, so I went to lunch at a kappo restaurant that opened near Adan!
Aged Fish Kappou Shizukugetsu-san
Since I was alone that day, I enjoyed my meal at the counter, but the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere with private rooms in the basement.
There are three lunch menus to choose from.
Aged Kaisen Don, Rare Tuna Katsu, Rare Shorthorn Beef Katsu
I was hesitant to choose the Kaisen-don (seafood bowl) because I have a weakness for the word "aged," but I went with the rare tuna cutlet.
It is served with ponzu, sesame, wasabi and salt condiments.
Personally, I found the ponzu vinegar refreshing and easy to enjoy.
And the rice was fluffy, glossy, and very tasty.
After all, Japanese food is very relaxing (^^)
I also saw a nice phrase on the menu, "daytime drinking," so those who like to drink may enjoy it in a different way.
