I would like to introduce "Soba Restaurant Nichidai," which I found while strolling along Chazawa-dori.

The entrance is narrow, so keep your head down a little when entering.

I am very interested in the Oyster Soba on the sign, but this time

I made soba noodles with pork!

The slightly spicy soup stock was a perfect match.
The pork was tender and easily eaten.
