My name is Masada and I am a member of the Adan staff.
In our family we do not celebrate Christmas or birthdays,
I have a habit of making excuses to go on excursions even when there is no special reason.
So this time,
I went to Oku Oi Lake in the railroad in the railroad of Oigawa River.
I saw it in a magazine and thought I'd like to go there, so I forgot my excuse.
All right! I'll take you there! My husband was very enthusiastic.
This is the railroad in the Oigawa railroad!
Oigawa Railway is the only SL train in Japan that has been in operation for more than 300 days.
It is very cool and powerful.
This is a view through the glass.
The tour proceeds slowly through the tranquil nature.
And then we arrived at Oku Oi Lake Station!
After getting off the SL, cross a narrow railroad bridge.
I am afraid of heights, so the bridge felt like an eternity to me.
This photo was taken from a spot a little further up the mountain after crossing the railroad bridge.
Many people were at that location, cameras at the ready!
On the way back to Shin-Kanaya station, I got hungry.
Why is standing-only buckwheat noodles so delicious?
The station also has this retro exhibit that is very enjoyable!
Recommended for those who like a relaxing train trip.
